Creator Terms
Version 2.0 · As of June 2026
Convenience translation. In case of discrepancies, the German version is legally authoritative.
Note: The creator program is in preparation.
§ 1 Scope & parties
These terms apply between the creator (submitter) and skills-for-ai (provider: Cornelius Krämer, brand M.E.A.T.) as soon as the creator applies to become a creator or submits a skill or agent.
§ 2 Ownership & license
The creator retains authorship. They grant skills-for-ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable and — for submitted or published versions — irrevocable license to host, reproduce, translate, edit, modify, shorten, improve, combine with other skills into agents/bundles, create new versions from, display, distribute and sell the skill. Copyright is not assigned and cannot be assigned under German law (§ 29 UrhG) — what is granted are the broad usage rights stated above.
§ 3 Existing-customer protection
The license to keep delivering already-delivered versions to existing customers is perpetual and survives any termination, depublication or departure of the creator.
§ 4 Compensation
Once paid skills are active: the creator receives 85 %, the platform 15 % of net (sale price minus payment-processor fee), minimum price €1.99. The creator proposes the price; the platform confirms it in review. Free skills generate no compensation. The creator is responsible for taxing their income.
§ 5 Non-exclusivity
The creator may also offer the same skill elsewhere.
§ 6 Warranties
The creator warrants that they hold all rights to the content, that it is original or correctly licensed and infringes no third-party rights, and that it contains no malware, hidden/obfuscated code, prompt injection or anything unlawful.
§ 7 Content rules
External creator skills may contain only text/Markdown (SKILL.md + references) — no executable scripts or binaries. Every submission goes through a security scan and a review.
§ 8 Review & limit
Every submission is reviewed; the platform may approve, request changes or reject, and adjust the proposed price. Submission limit: 3 open + 5 per 7 days.
§ 9 Moderation
In case of spam, fraud, abuse or rule violations the platform may flag, throttle, suspend the creator and remove/depublish skills (existing customers keep access). For malicious skills, delivery tokens are revoked.
§ 10 Liability & indemnification
The creator is liable for their content and indemnifies the platform against third-party claims arising from it.
§ 11 Term & termination
Either side may end the cooperation for future submissions at any time. The rights granted under § 2 for already-submitted/published versions are irrevocable; § 3 remains unaffected.
§ 12 Buyer license / no resale
End buyers receive only a personal, non-transferable right of use (own purposes and client projects). Sharing, resale, publication or sublicensing to third parties is prohibited (Terms § 5). This restriction applies to buyers; the creator themselves may offer their skill non-exclusively elsewhere.
§ 13 Consent & versioning
By confirming the creator terms or by submitting, the creator agrees to these terms in their then-current version. The time and version of consent are stored. This version: Version 2.0.
§ 14 Data protection, law & changes
Processing per the privacy policy. German law applies. The platform may change these terms with reasonable notice.
