What this skill does

Description
Career Architect is a skill for the entire job search — it walks you from the first search to a signed offer, and it's **region-aware**. Before it rewrites anything, it establishes your target country and switches the ruleset — a US resume (one page, **no** photo, no personal data) is not a German Lebenslauf (tabular, photo, cover letter, reference certificates), nor a French, Spanish, Dutch or Japanese CV. For the **resume/CV** it does what actually moves the needle — turning duties into **quantified achievements** (the XYZ formula), building it **ATS-safe** (single column, standard headings, no tables/graphics, contact in the body), and tailoring it honestly to the posting. It frames **gaps and career changes** confidently instead of hiding them. For the **cover letter** it writes one only when it adds value — short, specific, "why you / why here / why now."
