Instead of one AI answer you get a real second opinion: independent first judgments, a genuine debate, an assumption and risk check, a minority report and a clear, traceable recommendation.
What this skill does
- Assembles a fitting panel of 3–7 experts, stakeholders and counter-voices — each role with a goal, worry, blind spot and scoring lens.
- Collects independent first judgments before any debate (prevents groupthink and anchoring).
- Surfaces assumptions, separates fact, assumption, hypothesis and opinion, and makes the decisive conflicts visible instead of smoothing them.
- Scales rigor to risk and reversibility: Quick Board, debate, red team, pre-mortem, decision matrix or launch board.
- Detects the decision type (idea, feature, launch, strategy, marketing, architecture, diagnosis, risk, organization) and picks mode and roles accordingly.
- Always gives a minority report: the strongest dissent and when it could turn out right.
- Ends with a clear recommendation incl. conditions, "don't do it if…", a next test and confidence — optionally as a decision record.
- Uses web search, files, deep research or connectors transparently (Evidence Mode) and otherwise marks assumptions and open checks.

Decision Board is a skill for better decision-making — a moderated panel of experts, stakeholders and critical counter-voices that helps you weigh the pros and cons and get a genuine second opinion before you commit. Instead of a single opinion, the skill has each role judge independently first (anti-groupthink), then debate; it surfaces assumptions and the decisive conflicts, separates fact from assumption, and condenses everything into a clear recommendation with a mandatory minority report. Decision Board scales its rigor to risk and reversibility: easy, reversible decisions get a fast Quick Board, serious ones get a red team plus pre-mortem, and for high-stakes topics (legal, medical, financial, security, privacy) it produces preparation only and recommends a real professional review.
